After failing to secure a buyer in 2013, the actress and model has relisted her charming Spanish-style estate in the Los Feliz neighborhood for $1.995 million. It was around this time last year when Landry listed the 2,781-square-foot home for $1.925 million—$70,000 less than her current ask.
Built in 1927, the updated hacienda features elaborate tile, French doors, stained glass windows and wood floors. The open floor plan contains four bedrooms, three baths, a formal dining room and large living room with a fireplace and a terrace overlooking Griffith Park.
Keeping with the bohemian theme, the master suite sports detailed stone flooring and colorful tile, as well as a private balcony. Outside, Spanish terra cotta and tile brighten a patio space with an elegant fountain and spa.
It was recently announced that Landry, 40, will host a new lifestyle and parenting Web series called “Mi Casa, Su Casas” for Mode Media. She is best known for being crowned Miss USA 1996 and for her role as Rita Lefluer on the sitcom “Eve.”
