The 20,000-square-foot mansion has 10 bedrooms and 15 total bathrooms, and the home is set on a whopping 450 acres in Southern Connecticut. Built in 1992, this waterfront, modern Georgian Colonial has views of the foothills and pastures, and the property exudes an air of royalty with a horse barn, paddocks, and guest house by the main gate.
There is both an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, extensive sculpted gardens with mature trees, a tennis court (of course), cabana, ponds and grand public spaces throughout the property. The mansion has extensive outdoor lighting, a terrace, some wetlands, a gazebo and vast horse stables.
Inside, there is a library, and the master suite has a fireplace and a dressing room. There is a large, open, professional kitchen with butler’s pantry and the latest in appliances. The formal dining room, great room and family room round out the must-haves in an estate of this scale.

Born in the former nation of Czechoslovakia, Ivan Lendl is a past top-ranked professional tennis player and was considered one of the best players of the 1980s, winning eight Grand Slam titles from 1984-1990. He also was the coach for current tennis star Andy Murray, guiding the Scottish player to two Grand Slam titles in 2012-13.
