Один из наиболее популярных танцоров Америки на сеходняшний день, Фред Астер, имеет и не менее известную партнершу - Джинджер Роджерс. И вот она решила расстаться со своим домом в Лос-Анджелесе за скромные четыре с половиной миллиона долларов.
Ее великолепный особняк в испанском стиле был построен специально для нее в 1927 году, он окружен внушительной стеной, что создает отличную атмосферу уединенности.
Общая площадь дома составляет пять тысяч квадратных футов, он имеет пять спален и четыре ванных комнаты. Особняк является отличным примером того, как удачно сочетается стиль и элегантность в интерьере.
The glorious home, which is perched high atop the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, has absolutely amazing views of the glittering lights of the city below. Whether you’re gazing out from one of the canvas stone patios or from one of the home’s many picture windows, the expanse of the views seems to go on infinitely.
And though the house was built in the ‘20s, it doesn’t feel like it’s nearly a century old.
Updated and gorgeously remodeled in a modern contemporary style, there are delicious ebonized wood floors, open-truss ceilings in the living and dining areas, and a remarkable chef’s kitchen with every bell and whistle anyone could ever hope for.

Gracefully winding its way from the foyer, the custom-wrought banisters reach toward the high ceilings and provide gallery views of the floor below.
(Just don’t try going down it backwards and in high heels, for only Ms. Rogers could do that.)
Finally, the baths in the home are all adorned with custom natural stonework in marble, soapstone, and more—and outside, there are Queen Palms and olive trees all around, providing a layer of privacy that feels lusciously languid.
Beautifully presented by Peter Lorimer—who also helped pop star Kesha find her new home in Venice Beach—this home is one-of-a-kind, and it is, without even the touch of Seinfeldian reference, absolutely breathtaking.
