Дом предлагает три спальни, три с половиной ванных комнаты, а его общая жилая площадь составляет 3014 квадратных футов. Он расположен в одном из наиболее желанных пляжных пригородов Лос-Анджелеса.

The Malibu, CA, mansion—which, of course, has televisions throughout including in the bathrooms—features teak floors, a wide entrance that connects to an open living area, and a driveway opening up to the Pacific Coast Highway. There is a stacked stone wall, offering privacy befitting the head of a network and a well-known network personality.
Behind the wall is a spa, a courtyard and grand entranceway. In addition to an oceanside deck and dining area, amenities include a center-island kitchen featuring a multitude of stainless steel appliances and a wine refrigerator.
The master bedroom—located on the second floor—has a fireplace, two closets and a view of the ocean. On the PCH-side of the home, there is a media and entertainment lounge with a wet bar, projection system, and a built-in desk and entertainment center.
Moonves is the president and chief executive officer of CBS Corp., and Chen is the host of both “The Talk” and the reality TV staple “Big Brother“—both of which air on CBS.
Prior to moving up the ranks at CBS, Moonves was a TV actor, playing roles on “The Six Million Dollar Man,” “Midnight Caller,” and “Cannon.” Chen also anchored the CBS Morning News from 1999-2002.
