There are dramatic views of the mountains and the ocean from both inside and outside of the home. Another standout feature of the property is the large fireplace in the family room which leads out to a large, brick patio and lush backyard.
The house has central heating and central air conditioning, a two-car garage and other amenities including natural skylights and a new iron fence in the front yard.
Rancho Palos Verdes is an affluent and family-friendly community with a vast history. Known for its landmarks such as the Wayfarers Chapel—designed by Lloyd Wright, the son of Frank Lloyd Wright—and the Point Vicente Lighthouse.
